Chloe Scrimgeour, a junior at Georgetown, placed second in the women's 5-kilometer race in 16:19.7 at the Virginia Invitational at the Panorama Farms course in Earlysville, Va. Scrimgeour helped the Hoyas finish fifth as a team with 204 points.
